About
Arch Bridge Psych Consultants
Focus on relational struggles stemming from attachment hurts and relational trauma
We primarily focus on relational struggles, as they significantly impact your happiness, depression, anxiety, and your physical and emotional well-being. Relational difficulties often are parts of an (from) insecure attachment, relational hurts, or developmental trauma.
Focus on psychological treatment
We believe in the importance of a therapeutic relationship for healing past hurts and wounds. I am a psychiatrist who has practiced a variety of psychotherapies over the years. I focus on psychological treatment. I use medications only in combination with psychological therapy.
Medication management
We do not provide medication management by itself, combining psychological and pharmacological treatment when necessary.
If you are seeking only medication management, I will refer you to one of my Arch Bridge Psych Consultants' affiliates.
Who can attend
We welcome anyone, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, religion, or sexual orientation. Our goal is to help anyone seeking to make their lives happier and more fulfilling than they are now.
Be aware that we do not get involved in situations involving custody disputes, psychological evaluations, litigation, or criminal matters.
About
Why “Arch Bridge”?
The name reflects the heart of our work—helping people cross from disconnection to connection, from misunderstanding to understanding. Like a bridge, relationships and healing require both structure and flexibility, bridging gaps in understanding and enabling the other person’s point of view to be seen.
We seek to provide treatment to motivated and dedicated people through a variable combination of psychotherapy and psychopharmacology to different degrees.
About My Practice
Michel Mennesson, M.D.

I’m a psychiatrist with decades of clinical experience, helping individuals and couples understand themselves and one another more deeply.
My work is grounded in the belief that emotional well-being depends on our ability to stay connected—to ourselves and to those we love—especially when life feels painful or uncertain.
