    — Former Client

  • The two years I have spent with Dr. Mennesson have been the most pivotal for me throughout my mental health journey. He has helped me identify and work through issues and situations I have struggled with my whole life. His support and encouragement mean a great deal to me, and I am very lucky to have found a psychiatrist like him. That being said, I feel the best I have felt in years thanks to his help.

    — Client

  • When I first began therapy, I wasn't sure what I was looking for beyond a way to get through a rough patch. What I found was someone who listens with genuine care and offers a perspective that feels both compassionate and practical. Dr. Mennesson has helped me process grief, uncertainty, and change in ways that have made me more resilient and open. Thanks to his steady guidance, I'm learning not only how to cope, but how to appreciate life's complexity without feeling lost in it.

Treatment

Style of Therapy

Therapy is an act of connection—with another person and with yourself. At Arch Bridge Psych Consultants, we aim to provide a secure, thoughtful space where understanding replaces fear and connection becomes possible again.

Our main therapy framework is the mentalizing stance derived from the Mentalization-Based Treatment (MBT), an attachment-based, evidence-based therapy, while incorporating additional interventions borrowed from Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy CBT, Unifying Therapy, and Dialectic-Behavioral Therapy DBT. Dr. Mennesson is a trained Somatic Experiencing Practitioner (SEP) who uses the Somatic Experiencing modality for trauma-related therapy.
